Awareness for newspaper user-generated content (UGC) offerings (blogs, photo sharing, user comments, etc.) is still relatively low, but the opportunity for UGC to drive Web site usage is very high according to a new NAA study. The study of consumers in five markets sheds light on which applications hold the most promise for engaging various audiences and the enhancements consumers would like to see that would increase their usage of an loyalty to newspaper Web sites.
